loading issues

i am having issue saving my collection and assigning my deliveries to drivers .


its is not loading the information and its also signing me off

Hi Chuck, Thank you for highlighting the issue. Can I clarify if you are having this issue in Detrack or Route My Fleet? Could you trying refreshing the page and see if it works now?

I have refreshed the page and also cleared my history and cache.

 

I restarted the computer but nothing changed -- the issue remained:

 

When I log in, the historical calendar does not populate with our prior deliveries nor for the one today .

 

After refreshing multiple times, it shows up. But the problem will recur when trying to assign drivers to their deliveries.
