My Customer Not Receiving emails

I have a customer that is not receiving emails.  When my drivers confirm deliveries for Williams florist "williamsflorist@bellsouth.net" on the app, she is not getting her email confirmations on delivery.  I have checked that the email information entered is correct.  She has checked her spam folder - not in spam.  She was getting them up to about a week ago.  So far this seems to be the only customer of mine that is not receiving emails.

I would appreciate if you could look into this matter.
