If you are the main account holder where the licenses are added into, you will be able to access billing via your dashboard. On your Detrack dashboard, click on the top hand tab, Account > Billing (from here you should be able to access your payment invoice).


If you have received a late payment email from us but you are not the admin / main account holder, you can open a ticket with us to let us know (include the information that you are not the main account holder but is making payment on behalf) and we will assist you with the steps to make payment.
