There are times when users need to replace existing driver’s Detrack ID with a new driver’s Detrack ID for various reasons, such as the driver left the company or a temporary driver is doing the delivery. To replace the existing Detrack ID with a new ID, the new driver is required to download a new Detrack app and register for a new ID. Then, send this new Detrack ID to the admin for him/her to replace the existing Detrack ID.

On the dashboard,

  1. Click on Vehicle tab
  2. Mouse over the vehicle that needs to be replaced and click on Edit icon
  3. Remove the old Detrack ID by deleting it
  4. Enter the new driver’s Detrack ID in the Detrack ID field
