How to replace existing driver’s Detrack ID with new ID?

There are times when users need to replace existing driver’s Detrack ID with a new driver’s Detrack ID for various reasons, such as the driver left the company or a temporary driver is doing the delivery. To replace the existing Detrack ID with a new ID, the new driver is required to download a new Detrack app and register for a new ID. Then, send this new Detrack ID to the admin for him/her to replace the existing Detrack ID.
On the dashboard,
- Click on Vehicle tab
- Mouse over the vehicle that needs to be replaced and click on Edit icon
Remove the old Detrack ID by deleting it
- Enter the new driver’s Detrack ID in the Detrack ID field
