You can upload attachments for your deliveries or collections for your drivers to reference to in their Detrack App. You can follow the steps below to learn how:

  1. First, your attachments need to upload into your server or any web host (it can also be done by putting your attachment into Dropbox).
  2. Next, go to Settings > Job Settings > Field > Scroll down and check the box for the field “Attachment“.
  3. Once enabled, you will be able to input the URL to your attachment in the Add Delivery Form / Add Collection Form.

If a URL to an attachment has been uploaded via CSV / Excel or manually input into Detrack, your driver will be able to tap on the “Att” button (besides Write note) to view the accompanying attachment.
